The dog approves!
So last night we took Cisco outside to check things out. We didn’t have to go far as the Hudson’s Bay is right outside our back door. She seemed to love the ability to run around with no fence and to be able to play in the water…..

I don’t have a whole lot to write, but I figured a lot of people have been waiting patiently for some pictures….
We were up at 0400 friday morning to get ready for our final leg of the journey. We made it to the airport and all checked in with minimal excitement. We managed to get 2 suitcases down to 52 and 54 pounds. The rest were overweight and became excess baggage.
So this morning we woke up and headed out to the airport. It took us probably about 45 minutes to get through check-in. We had 7 pieces of luggage in total. (6 pieces and the dog kennel). They all ended up being overweight! The weights ranged anywhere from 60lbs up to 85lbs. We ended up having to have all of our luggage go through over-sized checked baggage. We made it through the rest of the process with very little excitement….Thankfully!
We’re a little behind with our blogs.
On Sunday our internet went down at home. We phoned Telus to see what the problem was. They said they weren’t sure and it would be Wednesday at the earliest to have it fixed…..Needless to say we’ve been without internet since. I’m going to do my best trying to catch up with our recent events.
So Etienne and I decided that we would take our quad out one last time before we move.
So a few staff members at work decided to throw me a “Surprise” going away party.
So the other day, while I was at work, Carly decided that it was time to do a bit of cleanup. Time for the bottles to meet their creator!!! (or end up at the bottle depot). By living in Alberta, I have learned that the process of getting your deposit money back for the bottles is not that easy. You have to sort them all and count them before you go to the bottle depot. It’s rarely open. Well, never opened when you want to go anyways. Here’s what the pile looked like. Carly must have thought it was photo worthy because she took a snap of it!

Not really the title I was going for, but I kinda lost that battle! lol
