Addicted!!
I wish I had something interesting and fun to write about……but we haven’t really done anything “outdoors” this past week. If you really want to know what we’ve been doing,
The results are in….
The results were revealed today. I just want to extend a THANK YOU! to everyone that voted. It was a very close race right from the beginning between Newbie and us. I think I can say it truly was a nail biter! We were up against some great blogs, all of which I read regularly.
Riding and Sliding
I went out with a few friends today for a short ride on the land. Etienne decided to stay at home. Since we don’t have our own machine, I went in our friends Komatik.
Ahh, there you are!
We received a phone call this afternoon that there were a few caribou out by the community freezer. I grabbed our binoculars and went out the back door to have a look. Sure enough, I was able to see a couple walking around. They didn’t stay in view very long. By the time Etienne got outside they were gone. Oh well, better luck next time. (more…)

Oh Caribou where are you?
There were talks a couple days ago of us going out on the land during the weekend. Last night there was a blizzard watch for our area so we figured it probably wasn’t going to happen. (more…)
