		<description>One good blow from the west wind should help.  In the past, we used to have a poll (no prizes, though) with a date and time the ice at the bay will go.  Mission Lake was a different story as it was the landing lake before the airport/runway was built.  Chester was more populated then, with the MOT families and others like the Grey Nuns, etc.</description>

On top of this, they are in the process of re-doing our patio and alleys around the pool so we can&#039;t even swim until they go, around 5. These poor guys are really working hard in full sunlight shoveling and lifting 15 pound paving stones...</description>
