Finally, some much needed outdoor time!
Things have been pretty quiet around here lately. Since I’ve been back, the weather has been less than enjoyable to be out in.
Trial and Error
Etienne and I really enjoy trying new recipes and ideas. We are known to watch The Food Network for hours.

Well I’m a few days late, but things have been busy here this past week. If you were watching the polls during the voting round you would have noticed that we (as well as Babies and Bulldogs) definitely were giving Townie Bastard a run for his money for Best Blog during most of it.

Well, it’s already 2011! Our Christmas and New Year’s was very quiet and low key. I loved it.
First snowmachine ride this season…
On Sunday we decided to take advantage of the warm weather and the fact that our friends were (unfortunately) unable to fly out of town due to weather.
Santa comes to Chester
On Saturday we heard rumors that Santa had invaded the Northern Grocery Store. We decided to head down and check it out. Sure enough, there was Santa stalking the isles!
Christmas Concert
Last Wednesday evening the school put in their annual Christmas concert.

The above photo is me and her. You probably had it all figured out anyways. We are about to live a once in a lifetime experience, The Great White Canadian Arctic. We have decided to create this blog to keep our friends, families and curious strangers abreast of our adventures. I'm sure a few misadventures as well. All while living in Chesterfield Inlet, Nunavut. Read on to see what it's all about!

Oh! And by the way, this is Cisco, our dog. Even though she likes to puke a lot, she's still part of the family and will partake in our adventure to the North. She'll be sure to keep us on our toes and keep the polar bears at bay! She's also good for a few laughs in between leg humping sessions. We still haven't figured out how to stop that...
